A Twitter user said that because he serves as the sports advisor, he encourages individuals to participate in water sports by sprinkling water on them.
Additionally, he received criticism for not doing much to remove the water while wearing long boots in the rain.
A Twitter user uploaded a humorous video that explains how people should respond when Wahab Riaz drives quickly and sprays water.
Some even called for Wahab Riaz to be punished for his actions.
