TTP terrorists used US weapons in Zhob attack: The terrorist group Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), which is outlawed, has admitted that it used American weapons and equipment in the Zhob attack.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) claims that in the attack, militants used weaponry that the US forces had left behind in Afghanistan.

The assault used 5.56 mm calibre M16 assault rifles as well as contemporary helmets, gloves, backpacks, and outfits.

The assailants were wearing American uniforms when they were slain.

How did the terrorists get their hands on contemporary gear?

The TTP outlaws have been utilising the same equipment and outfits that American forces abandoned in Afghanistan.

The ISPR has stated that terrorists will perish from cowardice even if they are highly equipped and wearing American uniforms. The terrorist threat will not be fully eliminated until this conflict is over.

All anti-Pakistan elements would be defeated, according to the ISPR, if they enter the sacred territory in an impure manner. The security forces are continually attempting to identify and eliminate Pakistan’s adversaries of peace.

Zhob assault:

On July 12, a terrorist attack on an army base in Zhob city, Balochistan province, Pakistan, resulted in the deaths of five security officers and five critically injured others. Three terrorists, according to security personnel, were allegedly slain in retaliation.

Five more terrorists were killed later, following the clearance operation, while nine security personnel lost their lives.

In the incident that started on the night between Tuesday and Wednesday, a woman was slain and five bystanders were hurt, according to Deputy Commissioner Zhob Azeem Kakar.

The illegal Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) affiliate Jamaat-ul-Ahrar claimed responsibility for the operation in Zhob.

The security guards on duty successfully thwarted the terrorists from entering the camp. Subsequently, a violent firefight ensued, containing the attackers at a location near the perimeter.
