A six-member Supreme Court (SC) bench led by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial and composed of Justices Ijazul Ahsan, Munib Akhtar, Yahya Afridi, Sayyed Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi, and Justice Ayesha A. Malik was hearing a set of appeals contesting the military trials of civilians.
SC resumes hearing against military courts: Attorney General for Pakistan (AGP) Mansoor Usman Awan continued to make his points in front of the bench at today’s session.
