President Dr. Arif Alvi gave his approval to Justice Mohammad Ibrahim Khan’s appointment as the Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court.

Mohammad Ibrahim appointed chief justice of PHC: The prime minister appointed Justice Ibrahim as the chief justice of PHC in accordance with Article 175(13A) following a recommendation by the judicial committee.

Upon selecting Justice Musrat Hilali to serve as a Supreme Court judge, he took on the role of acting PHC chief justice.

In the past, Justice Ibrahim held a number of positions as a judge or judicial officer in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He also spent two years as a section officer at the law department in Peshawar.

Additionally, he worked for four years as the presiding judge of the Labour Court in Haripur and for more than three years as a judge on the Anti-Terrorism Court in Abbottabad and Peshawar.

Additionally, he has held the position of chairman of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council.
