The leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Khurram Sher Zaman, applied for interim bail in two separate instances that he submitted to the police stations in Firozabad and Tipu Sultan on Wednesday.

Khurram Zaman gets interim bail: After the protest arranged by members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on May 9 against the imprisonment of the party’s chairman, PTI leader Khurram Sher Zaaman initiated legal proceedings by requesting the court for interim bail to avoid his own detention.

“The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) permitted Khurram Sher Zaman’s interim bail of Rs 100,000, leading to his temporary release from custody.”

However, the court has mandated that Zaman return to court on August 26 to continue the legal processes.

By employing this strategy, he managed to secure bail in the cases that he had formally reported to the police stations in Firozabad and Tipu Sultan.
