LHC petition seeks recovery of PTI leader Farrukh Habib

A petitioner submitted a request to the Lahore High Court (LHC) for the return of Farrukh Habib, a former PTI minister.

LHC petition recovery Farrukh Habib: On behalf of Farrukh Habib’s brother, Abuzar Salman Niazi Advocate has filed a plea with the high court.

According to the plea, Punjab police officers brought up Farrukh Habib, the head of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), yesterday from a home in Gwadar. According to the petitioner, the authorities took him, his brother, and four other friends into custody from their house.

“On Thursday, the Lahore High Court (LHC) receive a petition requesting the release of Farrukh Habib, a former PTI minister, along with his brother and four friends who were apprehend at their residence.”

In a previous statement, PTI asserted that Farrukh Habib had been arrest in Gwadar.
