Gold prices in Pakistan fell in accordance with the decline in the exchange rate outside. The price of the yellow gold had decreased by Rs1,900, to Rs200,100 per tola.
Gold price per tola drops: According to rates provided by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the 10-garam gold was sold for Rs171,553 after falling by Rs1,629 in price.
The cost of gold per tola had risen by Rs4,900 on Saturday.
On Monday, gold prices fell by up to $15 in Pakistan as a result of the drop in the global market.
Gold’s price per ounce on the world market was $1,923.
Silver prices, meanwhile, stayed the same at Rs 2,500 per tola.
