Pervez Khattak, a senior member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has chosen to found a new political party after recently resigning as the leader of the party’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter due to the May 9 violent protest.
Pervez Khattak considers new political party: According to sources with knowledge of the event, PTI defectors are anticipated to join the new political establishment headed by seasoned politician Pervez Khattak.
According to sources, Khattak has stated that he is in communication with more than 50 former members of parliament (MPs) who have expressed interest in joining his new political organization.
Additionally, as Pervez Khattak’s group has stepped up efforts to get in touch with additional PTI bigwigs from KP and other regions, his mansion in Islamabad has evolved into the hub of political activity.
Tareen is planning to establish the “Istehkam-e Pakistan” party.
Days after seasoned politician Jahangir Tareen stated that his political party would launch, the development took place. After the chaos of May 9 and its aftermath, Tareen, who had been inactive and has received a permanent ban from the Supreme Court, has resurfaced.
“Istehkam-e-Pakistan” is the name of Jahangir Tareen’s new political party, according to Awn Chaudhry, the prime minister’s advisor on sports and tourism.
More than 100 leaders from all around Pakistan attended a luncheon hosted by former Punjab minister Aleem Khan in honor of seasoned politician Jahangir Tareen. Imran Ismail, Ali Zaidi, and other guests enjoyed supper with the former governor of Sindh.
Mahmood Molvi, Ali Zaidi, Imran Ismail from Sindh, Ajmal Wazir, Murad Raas, Fayazul Hasan Chauhan, and Firdous Ashiq Awan were among the other PTI leaders present at his dinner.
In addition, every leader present at the event voiced faith in Jahangir Tareen. He will hold a news conference today (Thursday) to introduce the party and its platform.
