Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, the chief minister of Balochistan, stated on Tuesday that the provincial administration was taking action to support education.
The CM noted in a statement on the eve of World Education Day that new institutions, colleges, and school sites are opening up around the province.
He added that they are addressing the issues with time and teacher upgradation. He also said that the government has granted 2.5 billion rupees as grant-in-aid to universities.
According to him, the province has also constructed two girl’s cadet colleges, and 1,493 contract teachers working on the Global Partnership for Education project have been given permanent employment.
