KARACHI: In preparations for his wedding to Ansha, the daughter of renowned cricketer Shahid Afridi, fast bowler Shaheen Afridi and his family have moved to Karachi.

Shaheen is scheduled to marry the great player’s daughter on February 3. Family sources claim that Shaheen Afridi and Ansha will sign their Nikahnama (marriage contract) before the Rukhsati takes place.

Fans will be happy to learn that Shaheen and Ansha are getting married and that the prospective groom and his family have arrived in the port city. The pacer proposed to Ansha two years ago.

The Mehndi ceremony will take place tonight in the city of lights, according to the sources.

The wedding invitation for the ceremony is especially noteworthy because it is becoming popular on social media. Nobody from the two families has, however, independently confirmed the legitimacy of the card.

The 21-year-old stated in a previous appearance on the program “Aik Din Geo Kai Sath” that he wished to wed Afridi’s daughter. Shaheen was questioned by the host, Sohail Waraich, on his engagement and friendship with Shahid Afridi’s daughter.

It was my wish, and Alhumdulillah it has now been achieved, the cricketer stated while blushing.

When Shaheen questioned Afridi about whether Ansha is envious of his female fan base, Afridi replied that he wasn’t sure.

The cricketer said, “I’m not sure, maybe she feels something like that.

The broadcaster then questioned Shaheen about hurting many of her female followers by getting engaged so young.

Shaheen responded, “I discovered my heart and that’s enough for me,” at this point.

Several more cricketers on Pakistan’s national team are also getting married.

Then, on January 20, a private Nikah ceremony in Peshawar led to the marriage of Shan Masood. Shan married Nische, the passion of his life, in Peshawar. On January 27, Karachi will host their welcome.

Three days later, Shadab Khan, an all-around athlete, married Saqlain Mushtaq’s daughter in a secret Nikah ceremony.

On Twitter last month, Khan revealed his engagement to the nation’s current head coach’s daughter. The cricketer simultaneously requested solitude for both himself and his wife.
