Babar Azam receives the ICC Men’s ODI Cricketer and Sir Garfield Sobers ICC Men’s Cricketer of the Year Awards honors on Wednesday from Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management committee chairman Najam Sethi.
Babar, the star of the ICC Awards 2022, has now been presented with the two coveted trophies at this location’s Gaddafi Stadium by PCB management committee chair and ICC Director Sethi.
The PCB posted images of Sethi giving the renowned silverware to the all-format captain Babar on Twitter.
Pakistani skipper Babar Azam receives the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy for ICC Men’s Cricketer of the Year and the ICC Men’s ODI Cricketer of the Year award from PCB [management committee] Chairman and ICC Director Mr. Najam Sethi, according to PCB.

Babar became became the second cricketer, after India’s Virat Kohli, to appear in the ICC Teams of the Year across all formats as well as winning the ODI Cricketer of the Year title for the second consecutive year.
