Chairman of Pakistan Ulema Council Allama Tahir Ashrafi, the former commander of army staff (COAS), Qamar Javed Bajwa, travelled with the then-prime minister to Russia.

Bajwa onboard on ex-PM’s Russia visit: Chairman of the Pakistan Ulema Council Allama Tahir Ashrafi said in an exclusive interview with ARY News that former COAS General (retired) Qamar Bajwa supported the former prime minister’s choice to travel to Russia.

The PTI chairman, according to Ashrafi, missed countless opportunities to make things better because of a lack of trust. According to Allama Tahir Ashrafi, the previous prime minister’s close friend attempted to resolve the conflict but afterwards reneged on his promise to accept the PTI leader’s pledge.

The religious expert claimed that Shah Mahmood Qureshi handled the remaining issues and that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was a “short-tampered” man who made blunders.

According to Ashrafi, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government ‘disturbed’ relations with Islamic nations. Without naming the head of a Muslim nation, Ashrafi claimed that whenever the Pakistani rulers find themselves in challenging circumstances, they ask for our assistance.

Responding to a question about elections, the chairman of the Pakistan Ulema Council stated that even the ECP is unsure about the timing of the nation’s general elections.

If the current system starts “delivering,” people will forget the elections, according to Tahir Ashrafi.
