Development

According to Shah, the government has set aside Rs410 billion for development plans. According to Shah, the government has set aside Rs380 billion for the annual development program out of a total budget for development estimated at Rs689 billion.

Furthermore, The Education Department will receive 353 billion rupees. The Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) will appoint about 1500 lecturers.

The budget includes Rs 403.3 million for developing 23 new institutions in various province districts. Public institutions will receive an Rs. 25 billion grant, while Rs. Three billion will be set aside to build schools destroyed by recent flooding.

Health

Additionally, The suggestion is to allocate Rs 20 billion for the development budget of the health department.

Furthermore, CM Murad Ali Shah stated they would collect Rs235 billion in sales taxes between 2023 and 2024 and Rs143 billion in excise and other taxes.

He stated that the non-tax revenue would reach 32 billion rupees, while the Public Sector Development Programme would contribute 21.9 billion.
