The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has requested the asset information for Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar, Chief Ministers, and cabinet members.

ECP summons details of caretaker PM: According to specifics, the ECP ordered the Chief Ministers and Caretaker Cabinet to give the specifics of their holdings.

The letter announced the dissolution of the provincial assemblies and assigned the responsibility of conducting free, transparent, and fair elections to the ECP.

Every political party has requested an equal playing field, and the interim administration should make sure to support a transparent election process for the ECP.

The commission also prohibited any postings and appointments made by the interim administration in the absence of an ECP decision. Federal and provincial institutions do not have permission to post jobs or make appointments.

Anwarul Haq Kakar, the caretaker prime minister (PM) of Pakistan, took the oath of office and started carrying out his duties. The caretaker premier requested a thorough briefing on all pertinent issues from all ministries after taking over the duties.

The statement further stated that Senator Anwarul Haq Kakar has been chosen to serve as Pakistan’s acting prime minister. PM Shehbaz and Riaz have advised President Alvi of Kakar’s appointment as acting prime minister.

The president promptly approved the summary in line with Article 224 A of the Constitution.

Additionally, The new temporary prime minister of Pakistan is Anwar ul Haq Kakar, a politician from Balochistan and a member of the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP).

Further, “Kakar, a politician from Balochistan who was electe to the Senate in 2018, has been very active.”

He also served as the parliamentary leader for the Balochistan Awami Party in the Senate, a party established in 2018.

Additionally, Anwarul Haq Kakar served as a member of the Business Advisory Committee, Finance and Revenue, Foreign Affairs, Science and Technology, and the Senate Standing Committee on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development.
