Elections will be held when I want, says Asif Zardari

Asif Ali Zardari, co-chairman of the PPP, asserted that the elections would occur whenever he chose because the government could not hold them in two months.

“During my 14 years in prison, I’ve read many books on the economy,” he claimed. Due to his proposed remedies, he claimed, the foreign exchange reserves reached $24 billion under the PPP’s administration.

He made a promise to resolve all of the nation’s economic problems. Furthermore, he pledged to raise the foreign exchange reserves to $100 billion.

According to the PPP president, politics is the answer to every problem. He continued by saying that only those ignorant of politics lack solutions to the issues facing the populace.

The PPP co-chairman claimed that they spread propaganda against the defense budget. Additionally, he added that the army’s expenditures were not substantial.
