Etihad Airways, the Abu Dhabi-based airline, announced in a press release on Tuesday that they have chosen Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif as their new brand ambassador.
Etihad Airways names Katrina brand ambassador: The airline is taking this action as it prepares for sustainable growth in India. In a number of campaign ads, Katrina Kaif will be seen highlighting the “airline’s commitment to unparalleled comfort, flawless service, and seamless global connectivity.”
According to a press statement, Kaif said, “I am happy to be returning with Etihad Airways, a company synonymous with world-class travel experiences. “The airline’s dedication to excellence and its focus on fostering human connections are consistent with my own values.”
“I am thrille to be a member of a team that seeks to develop thoughtful bonds and enduring experiences. I’m excited to represent Etihad and share in their journey.

In addition to showcasing Etihad’s capabilities, he continued, “with her remarkable journey and widespread recognition, we are also celebrating our commitment to India and fostering genuine connections that truly resonate with Indian travellers.”
Kaif had a previous affiliation with the company back in 2010, when she served as a model for Etihad’s travel services as a savvy traveller.
In her current capacity as ambassador, Kaif will work with Etihad to highlight the airline’s lasting connections with Indian populations both domestically and in important international markets like the UAE, the US, the UK, and Canada.

Additionally, The launch film with Kaif showcases the amenities found on board Etihad’s newest A350 aircraft, including unique Armani Casa dining wear, plush beds, and free in-flight WiFi.
However, Kaif, a British actor, has starred in popular Bollywood films like “Ek Tha Tiger” (2012) and “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara” (2011). Additionally, she has a sizable 76 million Instagram followers.
