The Islamabad High Court (IHC) requested the Toshakhana case file on the PTI chairman, who is presently detained in Attock Jail, on Saturday.
IHC summons record of Toshakhana case: On Imran’s petition challenging his conviction in the aforementioned case, the IHC division bench, which was made up of Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, delivered the judgement.
The district election commissioner of Islamabad was given notice by the IHC in a written order that was issued today.

The PTI chairman was given a three-year prison sentence by the District and Sessions Court in the Toshakhana criminal case on August 5.
The PTI head who was found guilty also received a Rs 100,000 fine from the court. The former prime minister was also declared unable to hold public office for a period of five years by the court.
In its ruling, the court stated that the accused had been found guilty of engaging in corrupt behaviour and sentenced the PTI chairman to three years in prison.
Imran Khan “is found guilty of corrupt practises” and “deliberately submitted fake details [of Toshakhana gifts] to the ECP,” he claimed.
The former prime minister was also declared unable to hold public office for a period of five years by the court.
Later, he was detained outside of his Lahore home in Zaman Park and taken to Attock Jail.
