Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi condemned the terrorist strikes in Pakistan on Friday, which resulted in at least 54 fatalities and over 100 injuries from explosives at two mosques in Mastung, Balochistan, and Hangu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
Raisi condemns terrorist attacks in Pakistan: Tehran is resolutely prepared to combat extremism in all of its forms, according to Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi.
Raesi wrote in a message to his Pakistani counterpart President Dr. Arif Alvi that the terrorists’ “blind” action once again demonstrated their ignorance of Islam’s forgiving teachings and their pursuit of “no goal but to sow discord among Muslims.”
Raeisi added in a message to Pakistani President Arif Alvi on Friday that the “blind” act once more demonstrated that terrorists who are ignorant of the humane principles of Islam pursue “no goal but to sow discord among Muslims.”
The Iranian state-run television network Press TV stated that “however, this time they will also fail to achieve their illegitimate and inhumane objectives.”
The Iranian president apologised to Pakistan’s Muslim majority and denounced the “terrorist, anti-religious, and anti-human” action. He also offered his sympathies and condolences to his Pakistani counterpart.
Raeisi made the declaration, saying, “The Islamic Republic of Iran is steadfastly ready to cooperate with Pakistan in the fight against any kind of terrorism and extremism.”
In particular, he asked Muslim nations to “seriously react to this criminal act and prevent the recurrence of such bitter events.”
The president of Iran expressed optimism that they would find and deal with the offenders as quickly as feasible.
