A teaser trailer for “j-hope IN THE BOX,” which will follow J-Hope for almost 200 days while he develops and delivers his first official solo album “Jack In The Box,” was made available by BTS on January 27 KST.
J-Hope gives his motivation for starting this initiative at the start of the latest clip. He claims that “the world doesn’t fully know how BTS’s J-Hope approaches composing music.” “The singer says, “[I want to] burst out of the box and greet a broader world.” Behind-the-scenes clips of J-Hope in the studio and practicing dances play.
Following his historic performance at last year’s Lollapalooza, where he became the first Korean artist to ever headline the main stage of a significant U.S. music festival. The trailer then cuts to J-star-studded Hope’s listening party for “Jack In The Box”. His fellow BTS members attended to show their support.
On February 17 at 5:00 PM KST, “j-hope IN THE BOX” will be made available concurrently on Weverse and Disney+.
