Maryam Nawaz, the head of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz, left for London early on Thursday to visit her father, who will return to Pakistan next month.

Maryam Nawaz leaaves for London: According to reports, Shehbaz Sharif, who returned to Pakistan on Tuesday after spending over a month away, will also fly out to London later on Thursday. People have assumed that something might be amiss because Shehbaz left less than 48 hours after his arrival.

The departures follow a rumoured Wednesday night meeting between Maryam and Shahbaz to discuss crucial political issues, including Nawaz’s return to Pakistan.

“They are expect to inform Nawaz about the most recent political developments, including the Supreme Court’s decision to reopen NAB cases.”

According to sources, the two leaders could deliver an ‘important message’ to Nawaz.

“Since his release from prison and the grant of permission to travel abroad for medical reasons in 2019, Nawaz has been living in exile in London.”
