Due to a conflict with the Navratri festival, the much anticipated world cup match between India and Pakistan is likely to be rescheduled.

Pak-India clash rescheduled due to Hindu festival: On October 15 in Gujarat, the day and location of the match, the carnival will get underway.

The government has received information from Indian security services that the schedule has to be modified.

The game is scheduled to take place at the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad. This stadium has a capacity of 100,000 spectators.

A change in the timetable, however, might cause issues for fans who have already made travel and lodging arrangements. According to The Indai Express, the city’s hotels are “overbooked,” and an increase in air rates is also anticipated.

BCCI secretary Jay Shah has scheduled a conference of all participating nations’ associations for July 27. During this conference, the issue may be brought up for discussion.
