In the area of renewable energy, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
Pakistan and UAE sign MoU: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the MoU with the UAE during his remarks at the signing ceremony.
The PM claimed that the UAE helped Pakistan through every trying phase and was instrumental in getting Pakistan an IMF loan.
He stated that the project has a 10,000 MW capacity. The UAE’s minister of industry and technology, Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, stated that this was a significant moment for relations between Pakistan and the UAE.
