Pakistan’s prime minister Shehbaz Sharif, the country is rich in minerals, arable land, and natural resources, but it also needs peace, stability, unity, and brotherhood to advance economically and develop.

“Pakistan has immense mineral resources in its provinces of Balochistan, Sindh, Gilgit Baltistan, and other places, and needed to extract them for the welfare and well-being of its people,” he said.

He claimed that Pakistan was currently experiencing economic difficulties and that his government had made every effort during the last 15 months to help the nation through them.

He added that because of the global rise in oil prices, the government was compelled to increase fuel prices. If Pakistan had access to oil and gas resources, the country’s citizens would have received fuel at lower costs.

With investments in the fields of agriculture, information technology, and mineral development, the prime minister claimed, the ideal of a thriving Pakistan might become a reality.

“To achieve prosperity and end poverty, we must get rid of loans by working hard, utilising our resources, and developing our youth’s talent.”

He praised Pir Syed Riaz Hussain Shah for his decades-long contributions to the propagation of Islamic teachings and to the direction of society.

He emphasized the importance of revering and honoring Ulema and seeking their advice for prosperity in this world and the hereafter. Pir Riaz Hussain Shah was a true and sincere follower of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), he said.

Upon his arrival on August 4, 2023, students from Idara e Taleemat e Islamia Rawalpindi presented Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif with flower bouquets.

He claimed that religious leaders like Pir Riaz Hussain Shah gave Nawaz Sharif the chance to lead Pakistan three times and he is still in that position now.

However, Speaking at the event, Pir Riaz Hussain praised the prime minister for his significant contributions to the development and prosperity of Pakistan.
