ISLAMABAD: The PTI has petitioned the Islamabad High Court to have the party’s chairman transferred from Attock Jail to Adiala.

Petition filed shift PTI Chairman Adiala Jail: The attorney for the petition, Naeem Hyder Punjotha, representing the PTI chairman, appealed to the court to provide the former prime minister with “A” class privileges during his imprisonment.

Furthermore, the petitioner requested permission from the PTI legal team to communicate with the party’s leader during his period of incarceration.

The attorney asked the high court to enable the PTI chairman to meet with his family, prominent party leaders, and his personal doctor.

According to Naeem Hyder Punjotha, the jail superintendent called him at 12:00 p.m. to ask for the PTI chairman’s signature on the appeal. “I informed him that due to his delayed arrival at the meeting, our petition to challenge the order would experience a delay,”

The PTI chief will awaken at noon, according to the jail official, the lawyer claimed.

On December 12, we will go to Attock Jail to speak with the party chairman, he continued.

After authorities arrested the chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in connection with the Toshakhana case on Saturday, they moved him to Attock prison.
