PTI chairman’s bail extended in three cases

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) extended the interim bail of the former prime minister and leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in three cases.

PTI chairman’s bail extended: The court granted interim bail to the PTI chairman till July 26 in three cases filed against him at the police stations Kahna and Bhara Kahu.

Prior to this, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman and other party officials were the subject of non-bailable arrest warrants from a Lahore anti-terrorism court (ATC) in connection with two arson cases.

ATC judge Abher Gul Khan issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the PTI leader and other party leaders, including Mian Aslam Iqbal, Hammad Azhar, Jamshed Iqbal Cheema, Musarrat Jamshed Cheema, and Hassan Ullah Niazi.

The authorities issued a warrant for their arrest because they repeatedly absented themselves from the arson case hearings at the 23/366 (Model Town police station) and 23/1078 (Naseerabad police station).

It is important to note that the PTI leader has faced involvement in more than 100 cases around the nation on a variety of allegations.
