PTI dismisses Usman Dar’s interview: PTI referred to Usman Dar’s interview as “old wine in a new bottle” and claimed that Dar spent 24 days in the custody of unidentified kidnappers before making an appearance on a private TV channel.

Usman Dar’s appearance on the private channel, according to PTI’s spokesman, has unquestionably revealed the actual kidnappers. Usman Dar, a former special assistant, vanished from Karachi under duress on September 10.

According to the PTI announcement, members of Usman Dar’s family, including his mother and brother, made multiple comments and messages on the enforced disappearance, and these are now part of the public record. Police have conducted several raids on Usman Dar’s home over the last five months.

The raids, the treatment of the mother and other family members, and the locks on Usman Dar’s factory and home, according to the PTI spokesperson, all in plain view of the entire country. Usman Dar’s shaky voice revealed to the nation the effects of injustice and physical and mental torture.

Usman Dar’s hesitant body language and jumbled thinking, according to the party spokesperson, also point to physical and mental violence. The public does not consider the interview conducted 24 days after the kidnapping and 5 months after May 9 to be significant.
