US Ambassador felicitates people of Pakistan on Independence Day

Donald Blome, the US ambassador to Pakistan, wished the Pakistani people a happy 76th Independence Day on Sunday in ISLAMABAD.

US Ambassador felicitates Pakistan Independence Day: The past year has been a monument to the strength of our relationship, the ambassador said in a statement released by the US Embassy in Islamabad.

“We collaborated on health, energy, and climate to aid Pakistan’s people in recovering from last year’s floods,” he claimed.

The U.S.-Pakistan Green Alliance, which will solve environmental concerns and produce new employment, industries, and livelihoods for our people, is an important future endeavour between our two nations, he noted.

Donald Blome continued by saying that Pakistan and the United States would cooperate to achieve a more resilient, sustainable, and prosperous future.

It is important to note that the country will observe its 76th Independence Day on Monday, August 14, with customary fervour and excitement.

Further, A variety of events will highlight the efforts of ancestors and national heroes in establishing a separate homeland.

In order to recognise the contribution of Pakistan Movement leaders and the sacrifices of national heroes, various public and private departments will host special events and activities, including seminars, discussion programmes, photographic exhibitions, painting, poetry, national songs, and debate competitions.
